- Detailed Inspection of PropertyA thorough examination of the property to assess its condition and identify potential issues or areas that may require attention.
- Clear Away On-site DebrisThe removal of any debris, such as leaves, branches, or trash, from the property to ensure a clean and tidy environment.
- Vanity Power Broom And Brush-upThe use of a power broom and brushes to groom and fluff the artificial turf, improving its appearance and playability.
- Includes all standard concierge package services in addition to the upgrade of your choice:
- “Sprinkle" Your Specified Infill (Silica Or Cooling and Anti-Microbial Premium Infill)
Silica infill, $0.50 per square foot
Cooling and Anti-Microbial Premium Infill, $0.75 per square footThe even distribution of the chosen infill material, either silica or T°Cool®, to enhance the stability and performance of the artificial turf. T°Cool® contains antimicrobials that kill odor from pet waste while cooling the turf. - Specialized Turf Disinfectant And Wash
$1.25 per square footThe application of a disinfectant specifically designed for artificial turf to sanitize and maintain a hygienic surface. This treatment will clean and refresh the artificial turf, removing dirt, stains, and contaminants.
